ABOUT
Hi all! :) I am a licensed cosmetologist, an actress, a model, a photographer, a writer, a blogger, just created my Podcast, and am the sol force behind everything you see on TORX Jewelry.

My line is different because it’s not just a sexy line for fashionistas, they are one of a kind intentions pieces, which use healing crystal’s vibrations on one’s chakras to promote attention to heal and manifest your hearts desires.

I am a self-taught designer and entrepreneur. I went to beauty school in 2009 then moved to LA where I studied acting for three years while I leaned into my creative endeavours after one eye-opening burning man experience.

Everything you see on my website/Instagram I have done in the last year; Handmade all jewelry, found all models, done almost ALL photography(teaching myself that's why some the quality isn’t as good), styling/makeup/hair, editing, website, and marketing.

I am currently in a Precious Metal Clay class where I’m working on my new line Kichō. This means valuable in Japanese. Or precious in my mind. The entire new line will be made out of Precious Metal Clay and influenced by Japanese culture.

My Podcast is just about to be published, called A Better, Better. I interview interesting, open, spiritual people about their youthful epiphanies, things that have led them to a better life, and entertaining better things.

My entire life I’ve committed to enjoying and inspiring others to enjoy.

ENJOY xo ;)

Our readers would love to get to know you more Antoinette. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I constantly am trying to find new ways to fall in love with myself and life.

Antoinette, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Designer?

I've always been good with my hands from doing hair, making jewelry as gifts. When I went to burning man, I had many realizations (as I share in my podcast) one of which I knew in my heart I was a jewelry designer. Burning man art inspired my fire that excites my growth forward.

Who is your inspiration in life Antoinette? How do you keep inspired?

The fire to help and to make others feel sexy and confident. This is my main inspiration.

We all make mistakes Antoinette; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Designer, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Well since I'm the only one I work with I guess the thing I constantly think about is the way I take pictures. To take my time and check. I become so over taken by adrenaline I constantly wish to go back and take my time.

Antoinette , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Designer, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I never offer things I can't fulfil. Even if it means slower growth or fewer options. My promise is everything.

Please tell us, Antoinette, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Designer?

On Valentine's Day this year I had my first big shoot. The only shoot I hired two photographers for. It was me another jewelry designer, two models and two photographers. It was shot in malibu hills with the sunrise. This was such a goddess-inspired line I wanted all the girls to feel like they were giving themselves this gift of loving themselves and female empowerment on Valentine's Day. I will admit the model had a huge water leak in the house that made us 30 min late, instead of letting that get anyone down I brought a positive, bubbly attitude. That's the best strategy good attitude. If you don't enjoy doing what you do, what's the point right?? :)

Antoinette, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
Once I traded my favorite model unlimited hair color/cuts so I can keep shooting her for free. Since I'm completely self-funded I need to save all the money I can.

Antoinette, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Designer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment would have to be my website launch at the BPM music festival. Even though the event came to a emotionally hault from the shooting, I was extremely proud of myself for completing a trip promoting myself. Traveled there alone and learned a lot on the way.

Antoinette, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Every single piece has a special creativity. My favorite one was when a friend that has some money ordered a real gold custom body chain. It was the most luxurious thing I have ever made :) so proud of that too!

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Designer?

Do what you find fascinating, interesting, and energetic and don't listen to anyone else about anything. If you dig it, someone else will too!

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes, any type! Models, Photographers, industry goers to interview for my podcast and even retail stores. I once created 7 new pieces based on my classics The Faddy and The Extra Long Faddy and changed their look/healing qualities to cater to The Rouge Collective's clientele.
