Master Lash Artist
I am a Master Lash Artist and World Wide Accredited Lash trainer. I I have studied The art of lash extensions and the anatomy of lashes for over seven years. I believe In full customization to every face shape and brow shape to fit you seamlessly.
This craft did not come easily. My endless search for better education and information had to be out there. After $15000 and seven classes later I realized there needed to be a better way to educate these girls. I spend three years working with curriculum specialists and mentoring girls until I had the perfect formula for training every angle of lashing.
I feel lashing will forever be my one true passion. Creating a flawless look while enhancing there beauty one lash at a time.

I would love to creat an ultimate experience to the woman to look and feel the way they should. A place where you are always welcome, and everyone knows your name.
Who is your inspiration in life Jessica? How do you keep inspired?
The world inspires me! Artists inspire me to create my terms. Music inspires me to flow throughout the day. A strong woman that show their true colors and take pride in who they are
We all make mistakes Jessica; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being an amateur lash artist; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I had a student give me a difficult time with a class a few years ago. After finishing 1 of 2 classes and pulling a no-show, she decided six months later she would contact me for a refund. After I explained and re sent over the contract to explain there is no refund but she could Finnish the second half..... she called me some names and went off on a tare.
I wish I never offered her to take the second half of my class. Even though the contract stated any classes needed to be completed In 90 days, I still offered. Lesson learned! She would give me a bad review no matter what.
Jessica, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a master lash artist, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?
Thanks to the beauty program Phorest I can keep my clients in order and have enough time to be personal and involved in there lives.
Please tell us, Jessica, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a master lash artist?
Having kids and being a business owner is no easy task. I am lucky to have some family members around to help me balance out the difficult days.
I had a fully packed schedule for an upcoming wedding back in July. My daughter had the stomach bug, and I had no wiggle room with my clients and had to ask my father-in-law to watch her while I worked. That was a difficult day knowing my daughter was sick and I couldn't be there to love and lay with her.
Jessica, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
It's difficult to get a woman to understand the complexity of there lashes and what is involved. A client of mine was having some retention troubles. After giving her lashes a thorough cleaning, it was clear her body had just gone through her shed cycle (period). After explaining that to her she was amazed I knew the exact day. To this day she calls me a few days before her cycle to schedule her apps.
Jessica, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a master lash artist. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
I was amazed January or 2016 I was given a full feature in Lash Inc Magazine. I had it printed on a canvas and hung on my wall. I bought so many copies. I was so happy my hard work had been recognized.
Jessica, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I am ways creative with my work. But my favorte is when clients want to color. It is so much fun to add pops of color to showcase there eyes.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a master lash artist?
Work hard and dream big! Keep up your education!!!!
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
